I met Shelley & Danny through their wedding planner, Sarah Sleeth of
StyleHouse Events. Shelley & Danny chose the
romantic design for their invitation suite and then worked with the
trellis design for their reception suite. Using the same colors (yellow & navy) throughout everything. Here's their seating chart with the yellow dogwood design in the background...
And their folded thank you card incorporating their initials, the trellis design, and the dogwood.
I love the idea of switching the designs up a little from invitations to reception. The colors keep everything tied in and it's fun to introduce something fresh and new.
