Last weekend I ventured to Las Vegas (for my very first time) with 2 of my girlfriends for a fun mom's trip. We were there to eat, spa, sleep in, laugh a ton and gamble a little ;) .
One of the things that stood out the most to me (as a Vegas Newbie) was the amount of absolutely amazing food within a few miles radius. I mean, overall, Vegas ("The Strip" anyway) is tiny-ish. But the food... wow! Every meal was an exciting adventure.
Enter... The Giada Restaurant at the Cromwell Hotel.
Everything was delish and we were all really wowed by her bread service.
Capers, coarse salt, butter, pesto and red pepper flakes accompanied the bread, which was served on a wooden dough bowl.
I loved the presentation and thought this would be something fun to create at home for a girls night or a small dinner party.
dough bowl on the bottom
white oval ramekin for all the yummy bread toppers
small wooden plate to go over dough bowl
These few things go a long way to making a really beautiful presentation.
Want to serve this at your next girls night or fancy Friday dinner with the fam? Be sure to pin the image below.
Cheers!
